To all expedition members.
Hope you all are getting excited as we are here in the office which has been manic over the last few days tying up all ends to ensure a smooth departure form Ireland. The final details for flights etc. are below, please read and understand them all carefully especially the meeting places and emergency contact phone numbers as these will be the most important on the morning of travel.
N.B. Please understand we have a large group travelling. It is important that you all follow our instructions at all times to ensure we all get going without problems. It is a good idea to team up with other members when in transit. (Buddy system)
I would advise to print this page out if you have not done so already from the email which included your e-ticket for Ireland to Buenos Aires

Meeting Point: Departures lounge
Time: 1500 (3pm)
The meeting place in Dublin airport Departure Lounge is in the first main entrance and walk to far left hand side of the building where the ATM and toilets are. (a map is available bottom of page) If you go to the arrivals you will need to go upstairs.
Flights and Tickets
We will have a copy of all tickets with us just in case. We will be issuing internal flight tickets at the Buenos Aires airport so there will be none forgotten or left at home, etc. If you have any queries on this ring us at the office before 5pm Wednesday or else on the mobile numbers below.
Baggage
20kgs Baggage 7kg Hand Luggage
*Please label your Bag with your own name and the ‘Beyond Endurance Expedition’ *Hand Luggage in size less than 30-40 litre rucksack or case (do not over pack as size may be an issue) *All Medication required by passengers on board plane must be accompanied by a Doctors Letter.
Contacting the office while we are away
The expedition office will be contactable by phone in the event of family or friends trying to make emergency contact or questions relating to the expedition.
